Designing Demelza's Trail With A Tale

Challenge

Demelza partnered with Wild in Art to bring a charity sculpture trail to Tunbridge Wells, themed around The Tortoise and the Hare. They wanted something playful and engaging, in line with previous Wild in Art trails, but with a distinct identity that still aligned with Demelza’s brand guidelines. From social media assets to printed brochures and large-format banners, they needed a comprehensive visual rollout to maximise public engagement and exposure.

Identity

While exploring logo concepts for Trail with a Tale, I developed several options and presented them to the client. They ultimately chose a more simplified direction. With the logo approved, I began building out the visual style, bringing in fresh elements while staying true to Demelza’s core brand features, such as the use of dots.

Assets

Demelza needed a full suite of materials using the new identity, including social media and website assets, sponsorship packs, brochures, and banners. The visual style was flexible and easy to apply across different formats, which made the rollout efficient and consistent across all touchpoints.
